Julia Hill Nichols, Executive Advisor Julia Hill-Nichols has over 28 years experience in operations and human resources.
She is currently Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development of a global software and
services company. In this role she acts as an internal consultant to the executive leadership team,
provides coaching to executives and managers and has facilitated Leadership Roundtable programs that
identify and develop emerging leaders. Julia has extensive experience in executive selection for both staff and
board positions, strategic alignment of compensation plans and working with management on designing
and executing organizational change and structures. A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, she is currently a member
of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Colorado Human Resource Association (CHRA),
and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and Human Resource Planning Society.
In addition to her role as President of Women Business Executives (WBE), she serves on the
Colorado State Council of SHRM, as Director of Certification and on the Stewardship Committee of Light
of the World Catholic Parish. Julia received her Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University.
Larry Nelson, Executive Advisor Larry Nelson is co-founder and producer of the w3w3® Media Network
based in Denver, Colorado. The w3w3® Radio Show is the voice of the Technology Community in Colorado
and serves business, education, government and the community. Guests have included venture capitalists,
government leaders, software executives and business leaders.
Larry has more than three decades of experience as an entrepreneur in six countries.
He is a published author, trainer, and most notably, a business development architect.
Mr. Nelson has been a consultant to both private and public sector organizations including AT&T,
First National Bank, General Electric, IRS, Microsoft, 3M, US Forest Service, IBM, Toyota, Mobil Oil,
University of Wisconsin and many more.
Larry is also executive director of the Institute for Change Research and the co-founder of ICR Web.
The American Society of Training and Development honored Mr. Nelson for his contributions to
establishing train-the-trainer programs to achieve quality and consistency. He is past president
of the Wisconsin ASTD chapter and author of numerous books and training materials that have been used
by organizations for management development and marketing programs.
Larry and his partner (and wife), Pat, have worked together over thirty years developing successful
marketing strategies for businesses. Larry and Pat have five children.
